When I was researching what to shoot for our new collection this year, I came across a boat dock in a lake. Instantly, I thought of the one lake in New England where I could shoot a perfect lake scene with a boat deck, Lake Winnipesaukee. Weirs Beack of all places. I haven't been to the lake in ages, since I was a kid. This was a special photo for me. The drive around the lake at sunset, long after all the tourists left was magical. The lake is caught in between a bygone era of lake-goers from the 70's and 80's while new housing construction sprouts here and there. I guess I caught it perfect on this trip, felt like I had the place to myself.
